By accessing or purchasing from Hog Werks Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All products, pricing, descriptions, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate product information; however, manufacturers may change designs, specifications, packaging, or compatibility without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for verifying product fitment before installation. If you are unsure whether a product will fit your motorcycle, please contact Hog Werks Customs before ordering.

Some products may be made to order, custom ordered, special ordered, or drop shipped directly from a manufacturer or distributor. Processing and shipping times for these items may vary.

Installation of motorcycle parts and accessories should be performed by a qualified technician when appropriate. Hog Werks Customs is not responsible for damage, injury, labor costs, towing costs, loss of use, or other expenses resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or incorrect product selection.

Certain products may affect vehicle emissions, noise levels, safety systems, or compliance with federal, state, or local laws. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is legal for use on their motorcycle and in their location.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout when required.

Orders may be canceled or refunded by Hog Werks Customs if an item becomes unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or an order is suspected of fraud.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and shipping claims are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
