Shipping policy

Carrier delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after order processing and do not include our 3–5 business day processing time. Most in-stock products ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom fabricated products, special-order items, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, product availability, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Hog Werks Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Any shipping-related claims should be filed directly with the carrier.
