SHIPPING POLICY

Most in-stock products ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Custom fabricated products, special-order items, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, product availability, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Hog Werks Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Any shipping-related claims should be filed directly with the carrier.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Product must include original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
The following items are non-returnable:
• Custom fabricated products
• Special-order items
• Electrical components that have been installed or modified
• Clearance or closeout items
• Products showing signs of installation or use
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when submitting a claim.

WARRANTY

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Warranty coverage and procedures vary by manufacturer. Hog Werks Customs will assist customers in contacting the appropriate manufacturer when needed.
